Team Captain Guide:
This guide outlines the roles and responsibilities, in general, of a Team Captain's important role in creating, growing and managing a successful BFKS event. Most importantly, present with enthusiasm and personal sincerity the passion and mission and vision of successful one-to-one mentoring that BBBSMD has for the children who want and need a mentor.

• Team Captains's Role: As Team Captain, you are the critical link between the people who truly make this event a success (the bowlers) and your agency support team at your BBBSMD. Also secure, recruit # team members to form a team of #. As well as secure donations or pledge commitments; friends and acquaintances. You can also email your family, friends and acquaintances worldwide to help you support BBBSMD.
