Volunteer Opportunities

Below is a list of volunteer opportunities within the agency. In addition to volunteering as a Big Brother or Big Sister, other opportunities are available throughout the year.

Metro Area Council: Assist with fund-raisers such as selling candy or entertainment books/plan for and work at agency events such as summer picnic, Halloween party, etc. ** Meetings are on the second Monday of each month at 6 p.m. in Suite 430.
Bowl For Kids' Sake (March): Recruit bowling teams/register teams at bowling houses
Celebrity Dinner (spring): Work at dinner / secure auction items / approach companies for ads
Speaking engagements: Speak to corporations, churches, schools, children, parents, and/or volunteers to recruit or train individuals
